If you need a VISA to enter Italy, we will assist you in providing following documents for your visa application:
– Letter of Guarantee
– Letter of Reason for Invitation
– Schedule of Stay
In order to obtain our assistance, you must:
– be the author/co-author of an accepted paper
– have paid the registration fee
If you wish to bring any accompanying persons and request the visa support for him/her with yours, he/she must be your legal spouse or children.
Please note that your request will not be accepted if any of these requirements is not satisfied.
